Falcon Consulting was started up as a Microsoft advanced infrastructure specialized system integrator since 2009.  Starting from 2019 we have generalized our specialties on designing & implementing complex Microsoft X open source & cross vendor solutions. 

 

For Microsoft specific silo, we are capable to deliver Microsoft project that Microsoft local subsidiary needs global black-belt expertises to deliver.

We are also strong on enterprise project and portfolio management solutions.  We are specialized on implementing EPM system & framework, together with PMO & process consultancy, even assist customer to setup brand new PMO organization with our PRINCE2 & PMP certified project management team.  Our project manager has tracked experience on building up the PMO, as well as managing over 100 million US dollars FSI project to successful completion.
